Natural Breast Enhancement Supplements

There have been claims that certain herbs can enhance the size of women’s breast. Manufacturers are quick to jump at this opportunity to make money. However, experts say that there is no proof that these so-called "natural breast enhancement supplements" actually work.

Some of herbs such as fenugreek have been used to improve the production of breast milk. Others such as red clover and black cohosh have been used as treatments for breast disorders. None these however, will improve breast size.

Manufacturers are promoting different combinations of these herbs as natural breast enhancers, with claims of dramatic increase in breast size.

Some of these herbs contain phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens cause effects that are similar to what estrogen produces in the body, including breast growth.

But though this seems plausible, no published studies support that natural breast enhancement supplements provide this result.

Also, these kinds of supplements may be harmful to your health. Phytoestrogen is known to increase your risk or some types of breast and gynecologic cancers. It could also interact negatively with some medications you are taking such as blood-thinners. Until there substantial evidence supporting natural breast enhancement supplements becomes available, it is best to avoid these products.
