Correct Your Sitting Posture
Another way to prevent back pain is by following a better sitting posture. Many people experience back pain because a poor sitting posture at the office puts undue strain on their backs that can worsen over time. A good sitting posture is trying to line up the spine straight and as neatly as possible with feet flat on the floor. When at the office typing, the keyboard should always be position at arm’s reach that will prevent one from having to lean forward just to type. And if you can, also try to stand up and walk around once in a while to help relieve some of the strain that your back is being put through when sitting in the same position for long periods of time.
