It contains the type of carbohydrates that can help bring the amino acid tryptophan into the brain. The brain then uses it to produce serotonin, a type of neurotransmitter that can promote sleep.

Chamomile Tea

If you wish to enjoy some  appropriate beverage at the end of your day to relax, then you can’t go wrong with having some chamomile tea. This tea does not contain caffeine that is found in other types of tea. It actually has a calming effect on the body. Not only that, having some warm chamomile tea can also increate your body temperature, which can cause you to feel sleepy.
